With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sadie Tingle Hicks (West Blocton, Alabama), who passed away on February 3, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husbands, Ed Hicks and Elmer Burke; and her children, Patricia Baker, Bobby Baker and Terry Burke.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Pierson (Robert), Mary Ann Pierce (Eugene), Gail Eaton (Jimmy), Jean Boothe (Randy) and Cindy Humphryes (Cecil); and her grandchildren, Brian Pierson, Lesia Pierson, Marsha McDonald, Wayne Pierce, Wendy Bowlin, Bridgett Bibby, Brandi Jordan, Christopher Boothe, Brandi Chesser, Jennifer Strickland and Jerome Humphryes. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
