She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil White and Annie Laura White; her son Scott Taylor; and her brother Cecil "Larry" White. She is survived by: her husband Bruce D. Cook; and her son Carl Robert Johnson (Nadine). She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Joseph Indian School in South Dakota.
