He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Lenord and Jessie Mae Thompson. He is survived by: his daughter Bridget Stewart (Russell); his granddaughters, Brittany Boothe (Morgan) and Macey Stewart; his siblings, Eddie Thompson (Jill) and Debra Crumly (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Wendy Mugford (Del), Tracie Fasel (Brad), Edwin Thompson (Maggie), Jonathan Crumly (Brandy), Amber Coughlin (Chuck) and Daniel Crumly; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bailey (Anthony), Madison, Conner, Claire, Cade, Evie and Amelia; his friend Roger Stewart; and also, Emmy and Charles.
