She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Shaw and Nellie Shaw; her husband Donald Smith; and her sister Janell Farley. She is survived by: her sisters, Juanita Pinkard, Lou Andra Gardner and Carla Dean Shaw; her children, Dale West (Jacki), Lou Belcher (Tommy), Melissa Jones (Mike), Michael Smith (Doyle), Shawn Smith (Lynn) and Donna Smith; her grandchildren, Jarryd Seagle, Drew West, Ashley Smith, Branden West, Clayton Jones, Brandy Smith, Katlyn Smith and Josh Smith; her great grandchildren, Stella West, Stetson Smith and Oakley Creel; and her pet Duke. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
