She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Spud" Olmstead and Jennie "Betty" Eaton; and her siblings, Wayne Olmstead and Donna Davis. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Smith; her children, Toby Kizziah, Jerry Kizziah, Jamie Bell, Melissa Smith and Lacy Martin (Bubba Martin); her brother Bryan Eaton; and her grandchildren, Kevin Kizziah, Eve Kizziah, Garin Kizziah, Tyllee Kizziah, Maryinva Kizziah, Dalton Kizziah, Bailey Simpson, Chase Deschamp, Olivia Ladner, Elee Bell, Ian Martin and McKenzie Martin.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Humane Society of West Alabama.
