He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn Hall; his children, Cecil Hall Jr. and Sharon Hall; and his grandson Bryan Hall. He is survived by: his sons, Donnie Hall (Cindy), Danny Hall (Theresa) and Dale Hall (Carla); and his grandchildren, Donnie Hall, Michael Hall, Josh Cook, Jesse Cook, Kristan Venable, DC, Nick Hall, Andrew Hall, Anthony Hall, Krissy Hartley, Kim South and Stepheny Sims. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
