He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Meacham and Cecil Meacham; and his sisters, Barbara Spann and Gena Barrow. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Meacham of West Blocton; his children, Teresa Kines of Inverness, Tracy Dominguez of Vestavia Hills and Mathew Meacham (Nilma Meacham) of Helena; his stepson Duanne Deerman (Vickie Deerman); his grandchildren, Klay Dionne Gunter (David Guner), Kevin Deerman, Rachael Meacham (Mat Simmons), Rae Kines, Daniel Kines and Tyler Barron; his great grandchildren, Crimsyn Boyles, Aldyn Deerman, Cotton Deerman, Sterling Simmons, Stryker Simmons, Amara McCain and Esmae McCain; and his siblings, Joan Meacham and James "Rip" Meacham (Libby Meaham). He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
