She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Lemley; her parents, Robert Earl Boothe, Sr. and Mary Lee Caldwell; and her brother Robert Earl Boothe, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Greg Lemley (Sherry), Cindy Miller (Rick), Tonya Lawley (Brad) and Brian Lemley (Marcie); her grandchildren, Kristi Lemley, Bubba Lemley (Amanda), Nikki Hagood (Michael), Koty Watts (Kayla), Chad Miller (Crysalynn), Caitlin Lemley and Callie Jo Lemley; and her brother Jimmy Boothe.
