He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Oliver and Sara Emma Culver; and his siblings, Grafford Johnson, D. O. Culver Jr., Perry Denson Culver and Robert Cecil Culver.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Culver; his daughters, Gail Ezekiel (Tim) and Vanessa Green (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kimberly Schmidt (Robert), Matthew Ezekiel (Mandy), Chad Green (Sarah Beth) and Chase Green (Janon); his great grandchildren, Blake Schmidt (Kasey), Andrew Schmidt, Bradley Ezekiel, Ansley Ezekiel, Margaret Green, Chance Green, Eliana Green and Everett Green; his sisters, Betty Blades and Christine Harris; and his caregiver Wanda Pope. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
