She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Isbell and E. J. Isbell; her husband Ray Meeks; and her siblings, Bud Isbell, Travis Isbell, Charles Isbell and Mary Carr.
She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Mathis (Terry), Rita Pugh (Tim), Sandy Meeks, Melinda Meeks and Herbie Gable (Jason); and her siblings, Earl, Tommy, Jack, E. G. and Carolyn. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
