She was predeceased by: her siblings, Stephanie Sams Horton, Donnie Sams and Ronnie Sams; her grandparents, James Glenn, Lola Faye Glenn and Myrtis Sams; and her significant other Judy Terhune.
She is survived by: her mother Brenda Faye Dyer; her siblings, Terry Waites, Kristy Couch, Debra Fragoso, Alisha Henson, Shannon Lackey, Neal Dyer, Layne Whorton, Steve Hopson and Gary Hopson; and also, Terry Dyer and John Thomas Sams (Sherry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
