She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kulage and Helen Kulage; and her former husband Gary Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Zachary Licata, Clint Smith (Stevie McCord) and Benjamin Smith (Tina); and her grandchildren, Skylar, Silas, Adalynn and Ava Smith.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gray Brown Service Funeral Home (1329 Wilmer Ave, Anniston, AL 36201).
