He was predeceased by: his son David Gravette; his parents, Willie Gravette and Katherine Gravette; and his brother Steve Gravette. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Gravette; his children, Douglas Gravette (Sara), Helena Brodeur (Michael), Fred Gravette, Shannon Gravette, Kimberly Farmer, Jason McSherden, Tyson Gravette and Tonya Gravette; his grandchildren, Nicklaus, Amberly, Logan, Landon, Brittney, Tyler and Megan; and his siblings, Martha Fisher, Melissa Watkins, Sherlene Pike and Danny Gravette.
He is preceded in death by his son, David Gravette; his parents, Willie and Katherine Gravette, and his brothers, Steve Gravette and Frank Gravette In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association in Mr. Gravette's name.
