He was predeceased by: his brother Tony Faulkner; and his father John Wesley Faulkner. He is survived by: his mother Faulkner Heinzel; his stepfather James Heinzel; and his siblings, Lisa Donnolly (John), Shirley, Buddy Faulkner (Wendy), Danny Faulkner (Casey) and Wesley Faulkner (Stephanie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
