He is survived by: his wife Ruth Baldwin; his stepson Jason Guy (Melissa); his parents, Pierce Baldwin and Jane Baldwin of Tennesse; his sisters, Jana Dotson (Von) of Tennesse and Lori Baldwin of Tennessee; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Carrol (James) of Weaver, AL, Betty Surrett of Wellington and Ernie Surrett of Wellington, AL; his grandchildren, Jayde Kelly (Justin) and Jacie Guy; and his great grandchildren, Harley and Luna Kelly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
