He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Elizabeth "Libby" Jenkins; his son Rocky Mark Jenkins; and his parents, Dewey Jenkins and Reathie Jenkins. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Finley (Joey); his siblings, Dorothy Nell Higgins and Tony Jenkins (Donna); and his grandchildren, Jared Settlemire (Kaley), Ethan Finley, Lucky Finley and Gage Finley.
