He was predeceased by: his parents, James Taylor and Myrtle Taylor; and his siblings, Nancy Bonner, Jean Taylor, Joe Taylor and James Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa McLaughlin (Kevin), Bobi Hinchman and John Taylor (April); his grandchildren, Dustin, Justin Cox, Alex, Kori Hinchman and Kaleb Crosby; his siblings, Linda Baker, Sally Golden, Margaret Rich, Faye Green, Johnny Taylor, Ray Taylor, Edward Lee Taylor, Dean Taylor and Earnest Taylor; and his close friend John Steward.
