He was predeceased by: his parents, Ariail Smith and Geneva Gordon Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carole B. Smith of Wedowee; his children, Suzanne Breedlove (David) of Newnan, GA and Grady Smith of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, Dana West (Jonathan), Daren Breedlove (Tina), Will Smith and Robina Smith; and his sisters, Linda Schroeder of Minnesota and Donna Collins (Floyd) of Newnan, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
