He was predeceased by: his parents, James Loyd Parker and Nellie Rue Fincher. He is survived by: his wife Mary Herren; his children, Anita Kay Lees (Bob) of Stuart, FL and William E. Parker (Alyson) of Alexandria, VA; his grandchildren, Kristin Lees, Ashlynn Parker and Addison Parker; and his brother James Sherrell Parker of Auburn.
