She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brother Jack Burnside (Vanessa); her niece Millie of Wedowee; her stepdaughters, Alison Starr (Al) of Auburn and Aimee Martin (Jed) of Opelika; her siblings-in-law, Robbyn Gourdouze of Tuscaloosa and Ricki Gourdouze (Dawn) of Scotland; her grandchildren, Wes, Wade, Madeline Starr, Brandon and Braden Martin; her husband Randall Gourdouze; and her parents, Thomas Floyd Burnside, Jr. and Billie Ruth Sandley Burnside.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to the First United Methodist of Wedowee or the charity of their choice.
