He is survived by: his wife Jackie Battles Spratlin of Wedowee; his children, Sawyer Spratlin (Amy) of Lineville and Misty Hosey (Tracy) of Carrollton, GA; and his siblings, Shelia Spradlin (Donald) of Woodland, Barbara Dabbs (Tommy) of Roanoke, Mary Dabbs (James) of Wadley, Harold Spratlin (Brenda) of Woodland and Ricky Spratlin (Jean) of Roanoke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
