It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Joann Nunn (Wedowee, Alabama), who passed away on February 5, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Johnson and Ada L. Barsh. She is survived by: her husband Coleman Nunn of Wedowee; her children, Penny Foster of Ashland, AL and Kimbell Myron Barsh of Santa Rose, FL; her stepchildren, Virginia Proquett, Junita Nunn of Bessemer, AL and James Earl Nunn; her siblings, Jennifer Neal of Graham, AL, Kimbrel Barsh of Norman, OK and Jeffery Barsh of Tampa, FL; her stepsister Lola Mae Wright of Wedowee; her sister-in-law Tammy Barsh of Norman, OK; her stepbrother Robert Davenport of Wedowee; her brother-in-law Leon Nunn of Bowdon, GA; her uncle Charlie Barsh, Sr. of LaGrange, GA; and her aunts, Julia Barsh of LaGrange, GA and Bobbie J. Barsh of Opelika, AL.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be floral or donations may be made to Benefield Funeral Home to go towards final expenses.
