She was predeceased by: her brother Rufus Smith. She is survived by: her nieces, Stephanie Keith, Patricia (Charles Ballinger) and Valerie Daniel; and her parents, Ganesie Smith and Laura Harris Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Benefield Funeral Home (17624 US-431, Wedowee, AL 36278). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (802 Woodland Ave NW, Wedowee, AL 36278).
