He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Falks and Carrie Lindsey Falks; and his sister Charlotte Greene. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Edwards Falks of Wedowee; his sons, Michael L. Falks of Wedowee, Scott H. Falks of Eclectic and Larry S. Falks of Wedowee; his grandchildren, Tyler Falks, Chandler Falks and Seanna Falks; his siblings, Diane Blackburn of Wedowee and Wiley Falks of Pascagoula, MS; and his half-sister Virginia Schaffer of Cagoula, MS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
