He was predeceased by: his parents, Garvis White and Pearl Bolt White; and his siblings, Donald White and Linda Thacker. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Lyner White of Wedowee; his daughters, Tina Warren (Char) of Golden Springs and Tammy Heard (Judd) of Anniston; his grandchildren, Ryleigh Seeger (Kyle) and J. J. Heard; his great grandchild Henlee Ann Seeger; and his sister Mary Worden of Colorado.

The family requests no flowers please.
