She was predeceased by: her father Vernon Brown; and her mother-in-law Letha Rice. She is survived by: her husband Harold Rice, Jr. of Wedowee; her daughters, Teshia Heard (Jeff) of Woodland, Krystal Payne (John) of Wedowee and Shauna Milner (William) of Wedowee; her mother Willie Maude Brown of Wedowee; and her father-in-law Harold Rice, Sr. of Wedowee. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
