He was predeceased by: his brother Norman Jones. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jones of Wedowee; his stepdaughter Christie Pinaud (Tommy) of Tyrone, GA; his son Ken Jones of Smiths Station, AL; his grandchildren, Maggie Pinaud, Christopher Pinaud, Abby Pinaud and Tyler Pinaud; his sister Bobbie Strother of Flower Mound, TX; his sister-in-law Shirley Thomas; his nephew Derek Jones (Lisa); and his nieces, Angela Heister (Bob) of Flower Mound, TX and Lisa Maxwell (Gary). He is also survived by his family and friends, tubing grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hope Cottage of Randolph County at P.O. Box 366, Wedowee, AL 36278.
