He was predeceased by: his parents, William Reedy Bartley and Catherine Hawkins Bartley; and his wife Joyce Cornelius Bartley. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Horner of Douglasville, Georgia, Sandy (Rob Young) and Sharon (Russell Hibbs). He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
