It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel B. Puckett (Wedowee, Alabama), who passed away on July 19, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Bozeman and Elila Pool Bozeman; her husband Burlon Puckett; and her son Chris Puckett. She is survived by: her daughter Shelia Milam (Ben) of Wedowee; and her grandchildren, Jeff Milam, Heath Puckett, Nichole Whaley (Steve) and Josh Milam. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
