Gail Hightower Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gail Hightower in Wedowee, Alabama, born in Atlanta, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 13, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Hightower; and her parents, Mark Wellborn and Goldie Wellborn. She is survived by: her son David Hightower (Anita); her grandchildren, Andrew Hightower and Elizabeth; her sister Ann Kerlin; her niece Denise Chandler; her nephew Mark Ivey; and her caregivers, Dawn Oswalt, Kim Akins, Debra Siggers, Kim Huey and Janet Grogan.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Wedowee (116 W Broad St, Wedowee, AL 36278).
