He was predeceased by: his parents, Damon Joseph Stamper and Sybil Kearney Stamper; his wife Anne Stamper; and his brother Mike Stamper. He is survived by: his children, Madonna Raiford (Keith) of Canton and Frank "Bubby" Stamper Jr. (Terrie) of Dallas; and his siblings, Madonna Turpin (Harold) of Temple and Joseph Stamper of Temple. He is also survived by five grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
