It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Jean Dalton Abner of Wedowee, Alabama, who passed away on April 19, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Pamela Starkey of Wedowee; and her parents, Arthur Amos and Jennie Lee Merritt Dalton. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
