He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Whaley Price of Wedowee; his children, Tracy Klein (Jon) of LaGrange, GA and Chris Price of Wedowee; his grandchildren, Madison Sparks and C. J. Price (Jessi); and his siblings, Mary Ann Henderson (Gary) of Lanett and Gary Price (Martha) of Cragford. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
