He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Dallas and Easter Wilder Fowler; and his wife Sue Fowler. He is survived by: his children, Pam Wiggins (Ray) of Graham and Scott Fowler of Wedowee. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
