He is survived by: his wife Karen Avery of Wedowee; his children, Lisa Fleenor (Bob) of Cincinnati, OH, Fran Avery of Roopville, GA, Robert Avery of Carrollton, GA, Kevin Avery (Jeannie) of Bremen, GA, Terrie Jett (Charles) of Roanoke and Dianne Chambers (Brian) of Franklin, GA; his grandchildren, Brandon Fleenor (Cara), Erin Birk (Luke), Brooklyn, Haley Avery, Kyle Jett (Jackie), Cory Jett, Arianna Bender (Nash), Sierra Hutchison, Dakota Stafford (Shaia), Makayla Hutchison, Courtney Fabian (Steven), Emma Sampsel, Drew Sampsel and Phoebe Sampsel; and his children, Steven Hutchison (Roxanne), Stacey Sampsel (Andy), Tiffany Middleton and Ryan McIntyre (William). He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; and numerous relatives and friends.
