She is survived by: her husband Larry Vowell of Rockstand; her children, Matthew Vowell of Maryland, Chappy Vowell of Maryland, Heidi Oxley of Delaware and Vayna Milness of Maryland; her grandchildren, Ashley Zook, Mattalyn Vowell, Bailey Vowell, Cirra Stack, Kenneth Lowe, Regan Milness and Jace Milness; and her close friend Frank Sprayberry. She is also survived by two brothers, nine sisters, and two great-grandchildren.
