He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sims and Gussie Tew Sims; and his siblings, Cathy Sue Sims and Ralph Sims. He is survived by: his wife Sally Stone Sims; his children, Allan Sims (Carla), Anthony Sims (Brytni), Andrews Sims (Katelyn), Tina Pound (Jesse) and Stacy Sims (Robert); and his siblings, Sandra Sims Schobl (August) and Charles Sims (Barbara).
