He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy Renfroe, Shirley Renfroe, Dorsey and Fairy Haynes; and his pet Doby.
He is survived by: his pet Phillip; his parents, Phillip Murphy Haynes and Sandra Loren Renfroe Haynes; his siblings, Kristen Vaughn (Brett) and Justin Haynes (Elizabeth); and his aunts and uncles, Gina, Jon Folmar, Dr. Rosemary and Chip Faust. He is also survived by his many cousins, other family members, friends, and coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Morris Slingluff Elementary School in his memory.
