He is survived by: his wife Sybil Phillips Hutto; his children, Sally Hutto, Tammie Crawford (Brian), Teresa Hand, Cynthia Farmer (Ryan) of Taylor, AL and Ricky Hutto (Ginger) of Troy, AL; and his brother Bruce Hutto (Geraldine).
