We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2020, at the age of 87, Hal Bynum of Webb, Alabama, born in Cedar Springs, Georgia passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Leon and Martha Inez Johnson Bynum; and his brothers, Wayne, Fred, Winston and Gordon.

He is survived by: his wife Era Bynum of Webb; his daughter Deborah; his son-in-law Elliot Schwartz of Tuscaloosa; his sons, Randy (Valerie Bynum), Greg Bynum of Cottonwood and Woody (Stacy Whiddon); and his siblings, Max Bynum of Las Vegas, NV and Frances Mitchell of Walnut Grove, GA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Social distancing guidelines shall be observed and everyone is asked to wear a mask.
