He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clemons and Ruby Jenkins Clemons; his wife Annette Horn Clemons; and his son-in-law Richard Rowlett. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Rowlett of Tampa, FL; his extended family Tammy Clemons; his siblings, Carol Beard (John) of Bartow, FL, Mae Overstreet (William) of Auburndale, FL, Tammy Barden of Winter Haven, FL, Cindy Burkett, Jerry Clemmons (Sue) of Soddy Daisy, TN, Denny Burkett (Sue), Ray Burkett and Lester Burkett; his grandchildren, Reanna Waller (Nathan) and Alex Rowlett; and his great grandchild Richard Waller.
