He was predeceased by: his nephews, Joshua Senn and Phillip Senn. He is survived by: his parents, Gene Phillips and Mary Phillips; his children, Blake Phillips (Shelby), Brayden Phillips, Bryleigh Phillips and Bentley Phillips; and his sisters, Rita Hughes (John), Rinda Brannon (Todd) and Rena Eldridge (David). He is also survived by family members and friends.
