It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelba C. Horton Morgan (Weaver, Alabama), born in Cedartown, Georgia, who passed away on July 14, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Jason Mark Horton; and her parents, Buddy Chandler and Hursteen Chandler. She is survived by: her husband Warren N. Morgan; her son Chad Everett Horton of Anniston; her granddaughter Katelyn "Katie" Horton of Anniston; and her siblings, Norma Austin (Burgess) of Nances Creek and Ellery Chandler (Teresa) of Nances Creek. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
