He is survived by: his wife Gail Clackum; his daughter Lisa Moore (Artie); his grandchildren, Justin Moore (Megan) and Jarid Moore (Kristin); and his great grandchildren, Harper Moore, Adley Moore, Emerson Moore, Aiden Moore, Reagan Moore and Alivia Moore.
