It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorene M. Ligon of Weaver, Alabama, who passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sgt. William P. Ligon; her parents, Henry Morris and Beulah Morris; her siblings, Lovella Ellis, Edna Garren, Homer Morris, Howard Morris, Vaughn Morris and Ralph Morris; and her son-in-law Charles Barnes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Barnes, Carol McGinnis (Wendell), Gloria Ligon and Beth Ligon Eames; and her grandchildren, Heather Barnes, April Cano, Lauren Whitaker and Taylor McGinnis. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
