She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy G. Jones; her parent Tulai Ponafala; and her siblings, Sigaoi Ponafala (Anna), Falepulega Ponafala, Sina Ponafala, Fasifa'ala Ponafala, Ta'aloga Ponafala and Faoa Ponafala.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Kelley (Joshua), Tony Jones (April), Talani Jones (Eva), Fiso Jones (Sheryl) and Sean Jones (Joanna); and her sister Lemao Suemai. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
