He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mann Clay; his daughters, Jasmine Maddox (Russ) and Jessica Linn (Jody); and his siblings, Larry Clay, Randall Clay (Nellie), Barbara Parker, Sharon Durbin (Bob), Karen Parker, Kathy and Ari.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to the Weaver High School Marching Band, Attn: Mr. Holland, 917 Clairmont Drive, Weaver, AL 36277.
