It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Slowik Jr. of Weaver, Alabama, who passed away on January 10, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John James, Sr. and Gwendolyn Slowik; and his sisters, Sylvia, Rosemary and Gwendolyn.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Slowik; his children, Susan Slowik, James Slowik (Kelli) and Matt Slowik; and his sister Helen Kehn. He is also survived by Grandchildren - 5 Great Grandchildren - 5 Friend.
