He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman R. Dale and Nancy S. Dale; his brother Thurman Harold Dale; and his grandparents, Frank E. Dale, Mamie Crawley Dale, Floy Goble Smith Hilderbrand and Clint Hilderbrand.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Duckworth Dale; his daughters, Kimberly Denise Dale, Sherry Lynn Dale Romanoff (Mark) and Nicole Dale Peoples (Robb); his grandchildren, Kimberleigh Scot Peeler Powell (Cody), Jessica Lynn Shuffler Gonzalez (Matt), Bradley Belmont Shuffler, Krista Danielle Shuffler Metcalf (Clint), Savannah Lehn Peeler Reep (Kelly), Elizabeth Grace "Gracie" Peoples and Robert Dale Peoples; his great grandchildren, Kelsey Powell, Colton Powell, Kinsley Powell, Madison Gonzalez, Mara Grace Gonzalez, Alyssa Shuffler, Morgan Shuffler, Samuel Isaac Metcalf and Charlee Lynn Metcalf; his brother Paul Andrew Dale (Elaine); and his close friend Charlie Girl.
