She is survived by: her children, Karen Bloomfield of Louisville Kentucky, Rebecca Dobbs of Weaver, Cheryl Spencer of Jacksonville, FL., Kenneth Clark (Lori) and David Clark (Brenda) of Clarksville, TN.; her brothers, Colvin "Sonny" Clay (Mardell) of Cedar Springs, AL. and Dennis Clay (Burt) of Southside, AL.; her grandchildren, David Clark, Scott Bloomfield, Ryan Dobbs, Jennifer Gann, Ashley Bloomfield, Skip Clark and Lisa Carri; her great grandchildren, Haylee Gann, Alexis Thomas, Tyler Bloomfield, Jordan Bloomfield, Ashton Thomas, Nicky Gann and Haley Clark; and her great great grandchild Rhyan Grill.
